Should I shove pre? I think I can´t fold since I have squeezed to 18 BB but don´t know what that min4bet means from such a fish. I decided to call and ch/r on many flops becouse fishes usually can´t fold 2nd pair or even Ahigh but I might get into many tricky spots by just calling...

Ip you could consider calling, but imo OOP this should always be a shove or fold situation, you might want to read this thread, I guess you see it applies it to 4bets as well.

Since the opponent 4bet already I'd be more willing to get it in, he also looks like he's not the typical very passive fish, so a shove should be fine imo.

I like a shove preflop since you already saw him 4b. Some of the time this is a monster, but really, from the fish this can be 22 as well :)
