Unlike the one you had AA, this one you made a good fold.

Flatting 3b usually means AQ+ and JJ+. Therefore his raise on flop can not be treated lightly.

There is no duty to 3-bet 99 here. Is it for Value? Very thin!

Postflop its a hard spot, call and fold are close here. He can also push draws, Overcards etc. But we dont know it, so the fold might be good.
