Well, I would play it differently from the very beginning. If I were UTG1 with 23BB I would just limp and wait for a probable raise. After the raise I would go directly allin (if there was just one raise).

But if the situation was exactly the same as you posted, I would fold too.

But that's just what I would do. I'm not saying it's what you should have done or that would be the correct move. I'll leave it to the experts to tell what's right and what not.

Raising so huge preflop is a big leak.

Once I hit the 50/100 blinds I am raising 2.5 bbs. Some people start at the 40 / 80 mark.

So preflop raise it up 2.5x the big blind and you can bet around or just over half pot
as a c bet heads up to try and win it. Folding to resistance here is a wise move on
this flop.

this is correct.

raise less pre, and bet/fold this very dry flop.

So sick!!
