Hey,

I'm not sure what might be causing this myself, but I'll pass it on to my colleagues. Due to a bank holiday weekend here, you might have to wait until Tuesday for an answer

guess you tried the PokerStrategy.com hand converter,did you ?
http://www.pokerstrategy.com/poker-hand-converter/
Unfortunately it does not yet recognize SNG and MTT hands.

But there are other HH-converters that will do:
Various handconverter

Old-ish thread, but there's a new problem with the converter, php-based. It won't show results from iPoker or FTP.

Our hand history converter supports at the moment the following sites: PartyPoker, PokerStars and FullTilt Poker

That's the reason why your hand is not converted properly.
