For me this is snap push. I think pretty much every suited ace, every pair and some suited connected stuff should be pushed in this spot. (depending on the table)
AT is a shove here.. I don't agree about shoving as loose as some suited connectors here tho..

but lets face it, those calling ranges are just completely unrealistic and we have to tighten waaaaaaaaaaay up. The big stack here has just 6.5bb after all.

I am pushing, the point is, that folding will make you pay the blinds, and that will decrease the worth of your stack. So I am willing to take a small -EV push here, and since I agree with you, that nashcallingranges are not what we will see here your assumption is better, but I would think the opponents will call a little tighter, then your play is marginal -EV or maybe BE.
So I would shove.
