I am kinda newb here, but why dont you use the Pokerstrategy Elephant hand export function to post the hand in converted format?

don't know bout elephant - but easiest is to take hand in raw format and paste in on there Hand Converter... You can select various output formats... Have fun!

as for the hand:
I'd suspect bengaar to hold any pocket pair - at least thats what I'd think according to his betting and calling. Quite brutal barrelling - I think I wouldn't have bet that big on flop...

i think if i 3bet pre less i would then b able to c/bet less then c/f if i miss turn as played i think after cbetting flop the only option i have is to ship any turn

this is quite a tricky spot preflop.
If you 3bet, i think your bet size is about right but as you say, any cbet would commit you to the pot anyway so may have been better to simply shove it pre.
Two other alternatives would be 3bet, check flop OR call pre, neither of which I like.
All things considered I think just ship it preflop

on turn is ugly cos u bet very big on flop, if cant see villain folding better hand then AK if u shove cos u have less then 1/2 pot size stack left, if u bet smaler on flop u'll have bigger stack on turn

preflop 3bet might be slightly smaller although it looks okay..

Flop cbet should only be 1/2 of pot..

The 3bet preflop looks perfectely fine to me, although you could make it a little smaller, 1200-1300 should be sufficient.

Since you are out of position i guess you need to make the cbet but im not 100% sure. The problem is that he will never fold any pocket on this flop, so you wont bluff away any better hand and I dont see a valuebet against any worse hand here since AQ and worse will probably just fold. So checking the flop would be an option to represent any upcoming overcard on turn/river. But still the check induces steals from random hands and valuebets from pockets.
Anyway your cbet is to large, no need to put 40% of your stack in the middle, 1/2 pot or little more is fine.

After he calls I find the push on the turn terrible. He wont fold ever after calling your cbet because he should know that you comittet on the flop.
Because of this you will not have the best hand ever, so i see no point in pushing there. He might check behind if you check to him, so why not give him the opportunity to give away a free card?
