Hi!

Villain is a complete unknown.

I think QJ there has SD value. Either I am way behind if he has an 8, or maybe 9T which completed a str8, or he is agresive with somekind of a draw on turn. I don`t believe he would go nuts with worse Q or J (maybe KQ which he could limped pf). River bet is so small it stinks of value but for that price I have to call.

Would you play anything differently?

likely not
He can raise you still with draws or maybe smt like AQ
Anyway IO´d b/c turn and also c/c that small river bet
