Preflop: Hero is CO with A:h, 7:h.
MP2 folds, MP3 calls $0.25, Hero raises to $1.10, BU folds, SB calls $1.00, 2 folds, MP3 folds.

Flop: ($2.7) 9:d, 2:h, 8:h (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.90, SB calls $1.90.

Turn: ($6.5) 5:c (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

River: ($6.5) 2:s (2 players)
SB bets $3.50, Hero folds, SB gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $6.5.

Should I just overbet shove T w/ my million outs or is checking back and check-folding R on a brick fine?

I would prefer betting turn
He can c/c again with draws which you beat and he may sometimes fold 44 or random A high floats
This way you can take free river card and still be sometimes ahead, but if you check back and he bets you´re sometimes folding the best hand
