When playing an opponent who is 3betting a super wide range on the BB can we profitably 4bet/get it in with any QQ** or should we only be getting it in with our better Qs that are connected/suited/paired?

suited cards and connected cards add a lot to your value. Against a player who is 3 betting preflop with 30% of his range (i'm assuming that's what you mean when you say super wide!) , AAxx and KKxx is going to make up 5% of all the hands he is dealt, therefore 17% of his 30% range.
So it's fine to 4 bet any QQ in this case. You can always spike a queen and suck out even when he shows up with aces

I don't use a HUD so I try my best to find a fitting description like 'super wide' or 'rarely 3bets' I hope that's ok
