Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$1/$2 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (3 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q:d, J:s.
BU calls, SB folds, Hero checks.

Flop: (2.5 SB) A:h, 4:d, Q:h (2 players)
Hero bets, BU calls.

Turn: (2.25 BB) K:d (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets, Hero calls.

River: (4.25 BB) T:c (2 players)
Hero bets, BU calls.

Final Pot: 6.25 BB.

I am thinking about check/fold on turn. He looks passive, so he won't bluff often I guess, and there is not much worse hands he can call with.

25 hands is not really a big samplesize, and he is loose aggresive preflop, you can make an assumption that he is similar postflop. So yes c/c turn is ok, you don't want him to fold his peeling trash hands or worse hands, If you didn't improve I would call a river bet for information.

you played it well on the turn. the pot is small and you won't get much value out of worse hands, except the flushdraw but he could bet the flushdraw himself as a semibluff. he is almost unknown and folding for 1:6 with a pair and a gutshot sucks when you don't know what he can have or if you might have folded the winner now...

donk river is fine as well as his betting-range on that card gets really thin but according to his read, he'll call a lot though.
