The very first question is:

Question 1.

PartyPoker $25 NL Hold'em (6 handed)

Stacks & Stats
Hero ($25)
MP ($25)
CO ($25)
BU ($25)
SB ($25)
BB($25)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 2, 2
Hero ?

fold
call
raise

I have the BSS Starting hands chart more-or-less memorised, so I was surprised to see that the "correct" answer differs from the chart.

It is not the only one either.

Is there a "second level" chart or something?

Why the difference?

Tks,

Might be to do with UTG actually being MP2 in this question.

I thought of that, but according to chart, middle pos is still call territory.

any hand pair preflop, if none raised before, in 6max is raise from any of position.

The starting hands chart is for full ring play, this is 6max.

When you reach silver you can get the SH SHC, which says to raise any pocket pair first in in SH play.
