open fold preflop u have vary bad hand with reverse implied odds
if u want to steal u raise too little preflop 3x should be standard there
when u got min reraise form sb just fold K7 play terrible bad even in position if they were suited is close decision to call or fold to that min 3bet

fold pre. your hand is garbage and the blinds are not worth stealing yet imo.

You can raise, you can fold, it doesnt really matter all that much. But when you raise you should not be just stealing blinds, but also balance your play, create an image etc.
That being said an openfold is never wrong in this spot like Rebuz and Albeback said and keeps you out of tough postflop spots.

If you decide to play, you can justify the preflop call with odds (in position), but you need to be sure that you are most probably way ahead and draw for 2pair+. A fold on his 3bet is fine aswell

Postflop you can NEVER call. Even if he maybe wouldnt shove a monster directely there is no resaonable range that you are ahead against.
