Satellite to MiniFTOPS ME

Stacks:
Hero (SB) (19,530)
BB (34,470)

Blinds: 800/1,600

Pre-Flop: (2,400, 2 players) Hero is SB 8♥ K♣
Hero goes all-in 19,530, BB calls 17,930

Flop: 3♦ T♣ 8♦ (39,060, 2 players, 1 all-in)

Turn: 4♥ (39,060, 2 players, 1 all-in)

River: 4♠ (39,060, 2 players, 1 all-in)

This guy made some stupid plays before 3-handed, as min-raising and then calling re-raise all in for 12 BB ( when his stack is about 17BB) with 6 3off, then played tight again later, so when we got it HU, I lost few hands on flop and preflop, but still had good stack.

- So decided to push this pre-flop, with my 12BB

1) I mean this is shove pre???

2) or should I min-raise pre? - in case he shows stregth and re-raises me?

I think 2nd option I mentioned is better...though I don't know I would say that if I had won this. ?(

Also SnG wiz showed I played whole tournament just brilliant (K8o push was absolutely correct), just with one error (but I won that hand though :) )

So can we call this just bad luck? cause this guy had JJ

What do U decide???

I think it is a good push. It just happened that he had JJ. With 12bb there is not much play available to you so I would stick to push/fold in most cases.

I agree. K8 is find HU, take the foldequity, you can get and ship it. Most opponents will call way too tight, so i would push K8 every time in this spot.
