Fine to me. He may have worse hands on river. I would just make it smaller on river to keep his marginal hands in. If he has FH - he will shove it most likely anyway.

It is fine to bet flop and turn and I think he may have Jx/QQ/9x by river often enough to justify the cases when he has runner flush or QT. If he is capable of betting missed draws often - c/c is an option, but I like betting more because board is scary for those one pair hands and he may just check them back.

I don't expect him to fold any boat in hand #1 so unless you think you can get called all the way by A-high as well if you bet smaller, I like the jam.

I wouldn't play hand #2 any different either, he'll play any Jx hand the exact same way.
