I think villain's range for calling on the flop is: decent Ax hands, flush draws and some medium pps. I was thinking we could expect him to bet good aces and flushes on the turn mostly, for value and protection, so when he checks behind turn I mainly put him on pps 88-JJ [QQ], against which I thought we had a thin value/block bet (obv not against 88!). Is my logic flawed?
If we dont bet the River, are we check/calling or check/folding? Instinct says check/folding since I would guess most Ax hands now check behind, in which case he's never betting worse?
