I would fold it...
you are to short to raise and have to fold to a 3bet and on most flops if you miss

Meh this is one of these spots where you cannot any big mistakes preflop either way. I think both raising to 200/shoving/folding should have about the same EV. I'd usually come in for a standard raise, but if you're not comfortable doing that you can prolly just pitch it or jam it, depending on how you feel.
