I'd either check back or bet/fold the flop. He looks kinda tight with his raises and people usually just don't go check/raising with initiative unless they have a good reason to.
As played on the turn it's hard to say without timing and stuff. Can't really figure out if he shoved the turn overcard because he snapped or because it was his plan all along. He can definitely have KK in that spot because I've seen it before, total disregard for the overcard A out of frustration or something. That said if he can have KK he can probably have JJ/QQ/AA as well so it's usually not worth it with 150bb stacks imo.
