Hi,
I'd fold the flop, not worth it 3-way against two guys who even if they somehow have nothing, still look aggressive enough to make our life hell on later streets as well with just an underpair.
As played I'd raise the turn by default, we don't have enough information on villain to believe he's capable of pure bluffing the river as well if he has nothing nor do we know he's capable of folding anything he's playing so strong "for value", so I'd just try and get it in before the board turns uglier.
