I think even against such a SD bound fish it's a bit close to bet my 3rd pair here. I was wondering if the first two streets are ok taking his stack size in consideration.

from the looks of the betting pattern , the fish probably bets with a jack cos its top pair on the turn and checks the river cos of the scary King


I would likely not bet turn
it is hard him to call with worse hands and likely he is not folding there Jx or 7x
and if he has there some kind of gutshot even that hand has 10 outs against your hand
And since he is passive, you can easily get free showdown on the river a lot of times if he doesn´t have anything
