He's not aggressive and terribad. I wouldn't put it past him to have KJ KTs and limping AK is definitely possible. I actually felt he had AK there.
I'd shove preflop. As played against one opponent I'd bet/call, against two I'd simply check/fold.
Shove preflop or at least make it 250 or 275. This is exactly what you don't want to happen. People are also more likely to shove into your 250 than 200 which you obviously want.

This. I would say if you do raise preflop it should be to 200 just given stacksizes. However from an early position with 1175 at 50/100 I think we can go ahead and just shove our full range, we're definitely not minraising AQo preflop....
