seems fine. standard open with 88 from utg, some players advocate limping here, i personally prefer the raise. then the min3bet gives you good enough odds to setmine against BUs range which will be superstrong on average.

flop is standard as well. i hate calling 20 but you can't fold for that prize. after the raise you're done with it since you have 2 outs at best.

wouldn't be surprised to see BU show up with AA or KK (maybe AK)

or 33

with mid pocket pairs your hoping to flop set so would tend to limp with low blinds & fold when blinds are lot higher

flop looks fine , its the implied odds that makes this playable

really nh. I tend to make 3bb openraises with midpairs in early phase but i guess 4bbs are fine. You have get the right pot odds to call the rr for your set.
You don't hit it, calling the minbet is fine and against action you have to fold there!

the big advantage in openraising every pp in this phase that you most players don't give you the set, because they tend to limp smallish pocketpairs!
