I think calling pre is a mistake.
On the flop it is debatable I guess. If I was to continue with the hand I would also check push. The only problem is that I don't think you actually have a lot of fold equity when he overbets. I would not think he has a strong hand due to his overbet but I think he is going to call you a lot so I would probably fold.
