Pre hand info:
Deepstack tourney, I have about 16k~, villain approx 13k~, blinds 200/400. I am in HJ, villain in SB.
Villain has a wide range i estimate, A2s+ A4o+ K5+ K7o+, all other double picture cards ie KJo and a fair few suited connectors depending on position. Raising range is fairly tight for the table, 77+ ATs+ AQo+ KQs. Villain also led out on streets when he had hit, (ie had donk bet a flop after hitting top pair, had been called and then checked turn/river after 2 overcards had come).
I had been playing fairly tight, had shown down 2 hands, flopped 2 pair in the BB and a set of tens after raising pre in LP.
As i am new to this casino one player had commented on my TAG style.
Pre Flop:
folds to UTG+1 who makes it 1200 to go, folds to me in HJ and i call with AsQc, SB also calls for 1k more and BB folds.
No reads at this point, villain had been extremely loose in both his big and small blind, always defending unless there was a 3bet.
Flop:
board is Kc 7s Qh
Villain in SB checks, UTG+1 checks, i also check behind.
at this point i take out most raggy Kings and Queens, i put him on possibly 44+ (except 77/QQ/KK) AJ-A5 (except A7) K8+ (except AK & KQ), QJ & QT.
Turn:
board is Kc 7s Qh 3h
Villain bets 1200 into 4000, UTG+1 fold, i raise to 3600 he calls.
At this point i put villain on 2 hearts with one of them a 7 or a K.
River:
board is Kc 7s Qh 3h Ks
Villain goes allin for 8.2k~ into 11.2k. I dwell before calling. he shows K3 for a full house.
My thought process on the river after he moves allin was that why would he shove, he pretty much snap shoves so didnt work out the size of the pot, this led me to believe he was bluffing and trying to push me off, i put him on a missed flush draw at this point...why would he shove which for the size of betting previous is a very large bet, it looked so weak.

I think the first mistake i made was not betting the flop, if he calls i can put him on a K and shutdown.
Second if i had bet the flop i dont have to raise the turn which has cost me more money to find out information
Third im not sure if i can get away from his shove on the river because i read it as being so weak.
