Could you explain me from which URL you are not able to download? I do not get yet at which stage the error message comes.

and check if you followed the instructions. If you did you should have no problems to receive your free 50$ if you passed the quiz.

You guys solved the problem since? Please always delete cookies and change browser if needs to.
My friend had this problem as well, but only on his Macbook. Don't know if that makes a difference?
not all poker sites are compatible yet with Mac. you will need to check with the room first
