I don't usually fold strong overpairs in 3-bet pots. This is a perfect examply of why not. You're still way ahead of alot of weaker overpairs which would play exactly as villain did here. A shortstack giving some more dead money with what appears to be a complete garbage hand also sweetens the deal.

I think your flop bet is a little big.
Not sure you make that bet with AK, so I´d prefer making it 12$ and shove rest on safe turn card
I think bet/call on that board is fine. You should see there worse hands that would shove
