Edit: I would add, if you can, with monster draws, always try to be the one pushing, not the one calling a push. With your bet sizings, you are certainly going to be the one facing a push. Try to correct that with more thought out c-bet and 3-bet sizes

You should 3-bet flop, since he can fold there one pair hands and 3-betting to 30$ seems quite strong.
