Flop I think I am often ahead so bet for value and protection. If I am not ahead, I can still improve.
Turn: now I have second nut flush draw so I don't want him to fold better hands because I can extract money if I hit on the river. And of course I am rarely ahead. So I just call having implied odds.
River - bet and fold to raise. He is loose so he might call 7x I guess. He would call worse king, but I guess its unlikely that he has worse, because he would not bet it on turn
