Hi!

Villain is 14/12/3.0/ 3B MP 8%, CO 9%, BTN 10% (324hands, too small?).
Villain before him is a nit with quite wide steal ranges from HJ, CO and BTN.

I really dunno the best play here. Villain is quite aggro and might start pushing me around if I start folding my top range vs him. Is stackoff even a considerable option here or am I just getting to paranoid? It is a deepish pot too so maybe this and his "I have aces" 5b is good enough reason to fold it there?

100bb deep your play is fine. I doubt he is doing that so much with JJ, but with AK I see him 5-betting to looks impression he has aces.
So 4-betting QQ for value and stacking off pf is fine. If you don´t think he is really stacking off too light pf, you always have option just call pf to keep his hand range wider and play for stacks if you hit your overpair on low board
He likely isn´t really getting away there JJ/TT on 568 board

I like just folding pre. since u only have 324 hands u should only consider his 3b stat, not his positional 3b stats. A 3b of 3 is very low so a muck preflop is the best play.
