Well unless villain is the kind of player who thinks that pocket pair has bigger value than a pair made of one card in hole and one community card (not a joke, many beginners think so) then there's nothing you can beat. So an easy fold here.

Folding is okay, bad players play a lot of Ax hands overall and it's certainly possible he just jams them in there because he's happy to have hit something.
If you've seen him play a top pair slower before, you can call and expect to see a frustrated lower pocket pair a good amount ("f***** A-high flop AGAIN").
