wp I guess. However, i might check-call on this occasion if it doesn;t cost me more than 10% of my stack. After this, he may check to the end a weak ace and give you a free run to take the pot if you get lucky. Or you may find out he was bluffing. Or he will bet again on turn and you will fold. Don't know!!

He limps, and ccall after you raise. I deff donkbet here 250, and fold to his shove like Bubalus said, or shut down if he just calls, fold turn bet, and pay some small bet on river. Dont like check - call, because what you do after turn? To expensive imo. And hes play looks like fishy, and fish dont think in terms "oh he donkbet, i could bluff him here because this cbet is probably stoping/protection bet", they think "oho, i hit my monster A (with probably weak kicker, but this is not important to them), so im gona slowplay here" or "ok, i didnt hit anything, he check, im gona bleff him out".

On this flop the plan is to check/call a small bet.
A pot-size bet doesn't qualify as a "small bet", so check/folding to his massive bet is absolutely fine imo. Ax is an absolutely overwhelmingly huge part of a fish's limp/call range.

I agree with ged 100%.

plan is to c/c a small bet and re-evaluate the turn oop.

in position we check behind.

leading out turns our KK into a bluff, and we want to induce villain to stab with worse hands other than just Ax (which he will always call to our bet).

obviously we cant c/c the pot sized bet so we have to c/f.
