Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Elephant 0.90 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BU with A♠, K♥
MP3 folds, CO raises to $0,30, Hero calls $0,30, 2 folds.

Since he has 29% ORL, I think call has more value since he may get in trouble with any Kx and Ax. And another thing is that he'll never expect me to have AK... Is this correct, and if it is it still applies to AQ?

generally I´d 3-bet there AK
Only reason to call is if you think he is always going to b/f force hands, which co vs bu isn´t really the case or if you think blinds would squeeze very often when you can then shove over since they usually doesn´t really put you on AK and would call it off with AQ
By calling you keep in dominated hands, but also you miss quite often and sb/bb might also call and if you hit tptk they may easily hit two pair or set getting that good odds and you loose a lot of money not 3-betting pf
