If no free money offers apply then you can register here with Unibet: https://www.pokerstrategy.com/bonus-offers/
2) If you register through our link (at best via a fresh and clean browser in order to not have any old cookies messing with you) then you will automatically take part in the €10,000 rake race, yes.

Yes, I saw the NL tag, but I'm afraid I don't know if there will be any changes to the available offers in the near future.
It's usually a thing of legal situations in the various countries, so things might change quickly if regulations change.
My best suggestion would be to register with a different poker room for now in order to collect StrategyPoints.
