Since the introduction of Hexapro, I've played this format at €2 and €5 level and have only some PS point while I've reached more than 8000 challenge points on unibet.
Is there a problem withe the points or is this format excluded from the agreement?

After monitoring the next days I must conlude that HexaPro is not taken into account for the PS points. I have now 14000 challenge points and only 10 PS a day ( what only counts for the MTT's I've participated).
Is it possible for a moderator or administrator to take this up, or do I have to make a ticket for this question?

Could you send a screenshot of your played tournaments (both the mtt's and hexapro) on those days to support@pokerstrategy.com, so we can check this with the StrategyPoints data and check with Unibet.

A screenshot will be difficult.
I've searched for all played pokergames at the Unibet website and became a list of 781 games. I've pasted the list in an excell sheet and will send it to the mentioned mail adress.

Sorry for missing to update here.
HexaPro is currently still not counting for the daily SP, but this will hopefully be resolved soon.
For the purpose of the Monthly Rake race: The Hexapro rake has been taken into account in the final rankings, it was however not possible to re-assgin the StrategyPoints because of techinical issues.
