I've just registered with Unibet and I want to transfer my account credits to poker chips, but when I do that he says transfer limit exceeded.
it's only 500 USD. I don't really get why he's saying that.
Have other people had this too?

I had this problem as well, but I cant remember how I fixed it.
You are trying to transfer the money via the website? If I remember correctly I spitted the amount. Have you tried this?
Or maybe you have to type in 500.00.

I've contacted support and they say I have to do a documents check first before I can exchange into poker chips
