6-Max Soldier NL100 'n beyond

First session after a week of internships, so little time left to play. I was playing good imo, but the flips and setups all went to the villains. So i lost 3BI in ~2k hands. EV was breakeven, so not that much to worry about. Redline also going up, so quite happy with the way i played.

For some reason i constantly have the worst badrun when i try to play NL100z, like 8BI below EV in 3hrs of play lolz.

Good thing is, i'm not tilted

I hate and love this game too much, had a little bit of time to play before football practice:

normally i don't plan to play only 15-20min, but apparantely i should.

Gotta love that variance in the game.

Time for football and afterwards to win back the money i lost yesterday, or to spew some more, who knows!

If you consider his range you are crushed.. and they never bluff in these spots in my experience. Now even IF you think he could raise for value AJ/AQ (IF he is fish + aggressive one) you block them with your QJ.

Yea those were my thoughts aswell, should've gave more respect to his position and general tendencies instead of thinking he was fish.

Played a shortish session this morning, won a bit, lost a bit. All in all i'm getting more 'n more comfortable with my new way of playing. Just need to get the volume up and money should be flowing in steadily. Made a few stupid spews and was my que to stop the session. The playerpool is still so weak i notice now.

Could've done that, was targeting his entire range a bit more, if he has a FH he would've raised this bet. 28 he would just call i think.

Played ~10k hands with my new style, kinda like how it's going. Just need to find the foldbutton vs these badregs a bit more.

if he has FH, he will raise it regardless because that $28 bet makes no sense or confuses very often. Plus you don't really rep much but royal flush which is super unlikely so villain who is holding FH will think that you might have a lower flush or something.

If you expect him to fold very often on that river to whatever betsize, go for max. Makes more sense.

Played a guy HU, who only opened his btn 35% lolz, eventually he became looser and started stacking off. Did call him very bad a few times, but in the end i took all his money ~2BI up after rake.

Played a shortish session, which i shouldn't have done. Spewed all over the place because i'm ill as fuck actually. Went to the dentist last wednesday, apparentely i have a broken wisdom tooth, which now hurts as fuck after they poked it. Secondly my shoulders are stuck which give me a headache aswell.

Lost a few Buyins, but i shouldn't talk this straight with 'oh it was 2nd nuts vs nuts' a few times (actually it was, but ranges were so skewed i should've been able to fold easily)

Now i'm going to drink some beer to enjoy the weekend finally

I know how you feel. They have cut three of my wisdom teeth this year. And my shoulders are fine but my lower back has hurt for a week. Fortunately it`s better now.

Getting my tooth pulled in ~2hrs, it was first scheduled for next week i noticed, but it's so freaking annoying.
Also know what's wrong with my shoulder, it's way too tight in the back, pushing the entire joint forward compressing lots of muscles/nerves, which also explains why hand gets cold while playing poker.

Anyway, poker related, played my first session in october on my day off, it went pretty well, bluffcatching in the right moments and valuebetting and/or folding in easy spots. Made some stupid play in the end which told me to stop the session.

Tried playing 6 tables of zoom for 30minutes, have to catch up some VPP's for Supernova still this year. And with the small amount of time i nowadays have to play i need to get my volume up. 4 tables was going okey and i think 6 shouldn't be too hard either anymore.

Won another 300$, all above EV tho. ♦, hitting openended straightflush 3way, which is already ~2BI above EV. (A guy stacked off AA horrible tho).
And a KK>AA spot i believe.

Okej, so 6 tables of zoom is still a bit too hectic, i'm going too much in to auto-pilot, so i'll just stick to 4. Still need to expand my focus, after ~1hour my focus slips away and i make some silly plays. Do notice 'm alot quicker than 2months ago.

Should be happy with my profits(lastnight and today), but am not actually, made alot of stupid plays around 1500-2k mark. No more result oriented thinking :).

it's 6m zoom and some HU i'm trying more 'n more.
