For the relaxing - I was there, having school, being pro...now I have a daughter at the mornings+afternoons and same "problem" occurs - and the most important thing for me after few years is simple - if you feel tired, DO NOT EVER play...EVER (same for feeling shitty etc.). If u are unsure if u are tired, open HEM, open few HHs or check some video - u ll get poker mood or not. Coffein and stuff - it does wake your brain a little, for a while, but it doesnt fix the problems like anger that comes with tiredness - and u know, when u dont enjoy playing it sucks...
I did play every day when I was chasin my SN, no matter what mood and if tired - it is possible, but it is hard and your plays arent the best, your ROI is super small, variance is big and so on - if u have volume goals, u can be a robot for a while, but u ll get crusty...
SOOOO - robot for few months, big break...or play low volume with best plays whenever u have time and feel for it...
I am in a same spot, currently I dont want to go back to the robotic sessions and I simply dont play when I am tired or have no mood. My volume sucks but ROI is much higher and I feel generally more fresh etc. Obviously u must have a decent run + if u have big swing u need to switch to robot to massgrind it up :/ ----- low volume and run is a luxury, but I think we should enjoy it ♦

I know it is far from optimal when I play tired (made at least 2 spewy calls yesterday for example), but if I want to grind up then this is the only way unfortunately. I'm not complaining, but I simply can't get myself rdy for uni and sit down relaxed and rested to play decent poker. Probably I will keep the robot mode on until May, and then we will see if I can kick in some major improvements (man, I really need them, I feel I have some - if not many - majorish leaks).
As for anger, thankfully I rarely experience it. My tilt nowadays is usually a too loose call or a too loose resteal on the bubble and stuffs like that. I've improved a lot on my anger-tilt.
