Hello!
I am Felipe and i'm from Araraquara, Brazil
I'm 23 year old and i'm currently graduating in Economics. I dream to live off only from poker one day (if it's possible as soon as i finish my university graduation). I've always enjoyed competitive games (I played lol, hearthstone before), and i found i that i could have a carreer on poker this way. I had my first contact with poker on mid of 2016 on a youtube video and since then i love this game xD.
I'm part of SpinLegends since June/2017 and i started at that time at 0.25 limit. Unfortunately i lost my old Notebook and i lost all my older graphs there.

I decided to start a blog to mainly motivate myself on poker. I'll be posting here my progress on Spin & Go's every month or so.

I'm gonna start doing a recap from the last 2 months:

On July i moved up to the 30's limit and the SpinLegends Diamond Team. Unfortunately i had i very bad start at the new level, a pretty bad swing in terms of cEV and Money and getting very bad variance in term of cards and board distribuition(I was 0 cEV in like 500 games) in a low sample (It hurted a lot lol). And after 2 reloads i was asked to mix 15's and 30's for a month.
On august i got back to play only 30's. And these are the results:

August results:

Overall 30's result:

Small update: Had to look at my graphs again cause: GUESS WHY GUYS!!!!
YEAH YOU KNOW...

Spoiler

I'm F*#*!@* broke again ( in 40 games i lost 25 buy ins YAY)

Spoiler

But i'm ok with that at least no big variance in cEV given the swing on chips/Money xD

@dardoolb i guess that answers you :f_biggrin:

Oh, man... This sucks. But considering how you play I assume you still crushed it decision-wise.
I had a similar fast fall in a few tourneys, but it was in ChipEV

Hello!
This is the time for the September update. I just finished my sunday session right now

So for this month: I started a new sport activity: Aikido (It's a japanese martial art) and I think it's helping me on the game, both by the health and the mindset side.
I'm also medidating everyday on Headspace and it's helping a lot as well

As for poker: I worked on ISP2, and ISP3 (study projects from SL which are very theoretical and very good to improve the poker background and thinking!) and made them on last weekend (that cut a bit my volume because I usually play ~200 tourneys on weekend). I think it took approx 6-8 hours each ISP to make. I grinded 1262 tourneys and I'm happy with my EV results a lot.

This is this month graph:

For next month my goals are:

Play 1300 tourneys
Continue to improve my game everyday

Cheers :f_drink:

Thanks FAN for the support!
It's a very nice martial art, definitely worth doing it xD

______

Another very good update: I just moved up to 60's !!!
As from what i heard about this level it gonna be probably the tougher level to adapt myself into the field (lots of the best regs)
So for September i will be trying this new limit and the goals are still the same! I hope i can maintain myself on this limit while getting to recognize the new regs and learning every day with my decisions.
