Ok, first of all - nice list of goals. Second of all, your blog looks so tidy I think I will have to litter it (sorry)

Third of all, king of swings sound nice. At first I thought it's not right because I'm on constant downswing but today I swinged up, so the "king of swings" stand. I'll ship you 10 grand for it.

Fourth of all, let's take a closer look at the goals

1) Stop slacking and motivation - hardest thing there is. It's easier to spit in a running rabbit's ear then to not slack and motivate yourself when experiencing a downswing of your life. GL with that and if you succeed - teach me how to do it.

2) HU your only game - sweet goal which may look strange for some, but sticking entirely to PLO HU is damn hard, you just want to donk some in holdem or some other crazy sh1t I will stop encouraging you to participate in those MTTs

3) Progress to cashgames is a major one, cash games is where your treasures lie.

4) There's no such thing as "learning PLO MTT". It's like learning to win at bingo

5) Learn SH PLO - yeah, that's the stuff. If you learn this, I'll personally order you a Terran Marine Stim Pack.

6) Review/record sessions - go go go, that's tough and requires alot of effort, but pays off in the long run (I guess ).

7) No money goals - yeah, that's a no-brainer. Forget about money - think about the ways you can rape the fish.

8) Become black member - obv., don't post goals so obvious.

9) Make progress - kinda sums it up

These past few months i've been majorly slacking with poker, I really need to put in playtime or else i'm never going to progress. I have big plans for 2010 and they won't work unless I quit the slacker attitude.

Ouch, that last hand is so-so typical in those MTTs. Makes you wonder how did they get so far. And the answer instantly comes - they hit with their crap. Always. J855 is one of the worst hands you can come up with when shoving - low pair and two unconnected hands. "Hey, maybe I'll river a straight like I always do?" BAM.

Anyway, you still got ITM, this proves that those soft MTTs are profitable, you just need the volume and heart to handle those incredibly bad players.

Regarding HU CG - definately let them be at least until the .25/.50 level because rake will kill you no matter how much you love the game. Better monster-pwn them in $5 HU SnGs.

Also, if you like making plays and inducing stuff so much - hit the SH tables ^^

Hand 2: I think it's tricky, you're only getting called by trips/boat, but if you just call, does he really have the heart to bluff turn (knowing what a nut-checking-back-idiot he is)? Wouldn't you have to fold his turn bet or do you have a read that minraise = always air (haha, I tried check/minraising you several times, remember? Never worked ). I doubt this mindless idiot continues with a bluff so you could get paid if he turned high pair or a draw. Or flush comes and you lose

Hand 3: very interesting. Isn't it the same opponent who called you down with bare aces? I'd pee my pants to bluff two streets vs those

Regarding option b): I think you should buy her a T-shirt with Vanessa's picture on it (they sell those near Picadilly Circus, you know).
