In total for the month March I had EU 25 loss on NL5 and EU 86 profit on NL2. So the total at this moment is EU 61 profit.
This week I will continue on NL2 and I have to stay patient. Because I feel impatient and disappointed.
I watched some stuff of JNandez, he tells about the limiting beliefs that we have about ourselves. I am so disappointed, because each time that I try to play on a higher stake it doesn't work out.

Repeat of cbetting
1 Nowadays we don't get as many folds to cbets as in the past. So with a dry flop, but we don't connect at all it is less usefull to cbet.
In that situation it is better to consider a delayed cbet.
2 If we flop a backdoorFD or a backdoorSD we don't cbet against:
- tight nits, because they have a strong range
- callingstations because they never fold
- shortstacks, because the SPR becomes too small and they can raise us all in.
3 If we have a FD or SD on the turn, don't 2ndbarrel as an automatism. We must have foldequity. Without foldequity barreling the turn with draws is not very usefull.

The population is bad players. Play solid and consistent. Be active and quite agro.

Injustice tilt
If you think things are injust, realize that everywhere in the world there is injustice. Don't be self-indulgent, because there is no such thing as " I deserve to win."
Level yourself
Don't overthink too much. Don't think that players that have good stats have such a high level of thinking and playing. Don't give them too much credit.
In general it is not necessary to adjust. Only if you have really good reads that a player is on a high level, you can adjust.
Balancing
On the low stakes MTT balancing is not necessary. Play exploitatively.
Solid fundamentals
This is what we need. Be aware of the stackdepths. Adjust around the bubble. Know the 3betshove-spots.
Calculate risk and reward.

Focus on their lines
Focus on their sizes
Do they stack off too wide or too tight
What kind of image do we have in their eyes

They are important, but in these lowstake MTTs we can still win when we are OOP and/or without initiative
Stealing
Later in the TN steal about 50-60%
Defending
Wide when we are deep
Bluff postflop
If deep versus nits, decent regulars and passives
LateGame
Stealing
With about 30bb we increase our steal to 90-95% of the deck!
If they adjust, tighten up.
Defending
We can defend widely versus bad players.
But in the Endgame we defend our shallow hands less to avoid high variance. We look for easier spots to print money.
Restealing
They steal too wide and overfold to 3bets. (I don't know if this still apllies nowadays)
3bet/folding
Make profit with this move when you have 20 - 45 bb.
4bet/folding
You can do this when you have reads on your opponent and when you have a double blocker.
3bet-shoving
When you have 13 - 22 bb. You must have foldequity.
Learn the push-fold-ranges
In the Endgame you really must know these.
To learn this you have to run many calculations in the equity calculator.
Chip equity edges
They alter based on
1 the chance that we bust
2 payjumps
3 in which stadium of the Endgame we are.

Not a bad result, reached 22%.
19% was the money.
I played without tilt.
3betting when I had about 30bb had no result.
Endgame with about 9 bb AA all in. Unfortunately this time everyone folded so I only got the blinds and the antes.
