@clawin - Cant really pin point 1 thing but from december end i spent a lot of time working on my MTT game and also joined a coaching website
Biggest improvement i think was my 3betting/4betting range which became wider and wider based on type of player
Another big improvement was my bet sizing which is so important in MTTs as every small value you squeeze out counts a lot

Also will be playing the scoop Ms this time 215 Buyins
Backer is putting in 60% and sold 40% in 2p2 MP

losing every hand where i am way ahead or flipping
lost AA 3 times after flopping set all in flop against draws
lost 66v66 and 88vs88
Lose AK<9t AIPF for top 3 stack in 22 12K with 40-50ish left

But i wont complain at all
heres why

1 guy i have 5% in comes 3rd in 2nd chance for 29Kish
1 guy i have 5% in ships the 27 6 max scoop for 70Kish
my coach and backer i have 6% in comes 2nd in 2100 6 max scoop for 223K

freaking 17K day !!!

was having a beer and railing these sickos yesterday night such a sick game it was at the 2100 7 bets were like no big thing every 3rd 4th hand therel bee a 5 bet to 7bet and at showdown they show hands like 95vsA4 with 5 bet pre and 3 streets of action

Dont you think AT is not that a strong hand & therefore 4bet & making him fold is a better option?

If the villian is folding turn a lot what about if he is showing aggression on A board ?

in position id rather flat and play post flop and keep his weak range and bluffs in play

He 3 barrels an A high board and pretty happy to get it in vs his range
Id be worried if the board would be like jqx and he barrels the turn thats the only spot i fold

So decide to flat to either play IP against this guy or call a shove from people behind me
If i 3bet here the guy who shoved with AJ would fold and most like the initial raiser as well and we get no value from our strong hands

That is what i thought as well
I 3 bet pre and the reg after me flats who most likely has PP in his range

But the problem here is if i raise now he folds and so does the initial raiser as my hand is face up

It is also likely the guy after me couldve tried to slowplay KK with K of spades and or AK with K of spades

So if i want him to call or raise i cannot raise here
they both will fold wont they?

Only way to get additional money is to call then and hope the other guy also calls or gets tricky?
