I want to inform you that TCL Courier will hold the money until you will confirm to them that you like the apt and keep the keys. If you don't like it, you only have to return the keys to them after they will refund the money to you and they will deliver the keys back to me on my expense.
I will need to inform you the steps about how this service works and how we can make it happen. You will only have to deposit to TCL Courier Service the first month of rent + security deposit - 600 EUR - so they can proceed with the shipping, and you can receive the keys and the contract.
Like I said, I will pay for a 2 days delivery so you will receive the Keys and the contract signed by me right away. I will explain to you step by step how this will work:
1 - To start this transaction i will need to know your full shipping information, full name, full shipping address to proceed with this deal .
2 - I go to the TCL Courier Office and leave the Keys and the contract in your name as the intended receiver.
3 - TCL Courier will check the envelope to see if everything is OK with it and also the legal papers that will come along with the Keys.
4 - TCL Courier will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody, in which you will be told that they have the Keys and that they checked it.
5 - At this point you will have to go to a WesternUnion Agent Location and make a money transfer deposit on the TCL Courier agent name in Liverpool assigned with this transaction for the amount we agreed, the total amount you shall deposit is for the first month of rent.
6 - After you make the deposit you will have to send the infos about the money deposit to TCL Courier (MTCN#, sender's name and address)
7 - TCL Courier will verify the payment informations and if everything is in order they will deliver the Keys and the contract to you .
8 - After you receive the package, You will go and check the apt and in 2 days you must contact them and tell them if you keep the apt or not, if everything is in order you will instruct TCL Courier to release the funds to me.
If you don't like the apt they will send your money back and you will send them the keys and the contract to them to return the package back to me on my expense.I will pay TCL Courier Service for the shipping and you will pay WesternUnion for the Money Transfer fees.Now i must know for sure if you agree because here are a lot of peoples interested to have this apartment rented and i want to know for sure what i must tell them. If you agree what i suggested i will tell them that my apartment is already rented and i will keep it for you. If you agree then i must have all the shipping details so i will be able to make all the arrangements for the TCL Courier delivery.

No he is Spanish but he lives in England due his wife & work.
But basically I saw those classic mistakes yes but most spanish people make those from my experience
I will call the courier service tomorrow to see what I get
whenever anyone says that something is the case 'for your security' and you can't think of a good reason why not, it's usually for their security.
also any reputable business should accept more than one form of payment (e.g. not just WU, but also bank xfer, visa, etc etc)

My accounting oral exam. But for me it was more an evaluation in how I performed in Orals.
Funny thing to analyze is that I had a totally different image:
Happy, smiling, confident, ''wooo!''-ing, acting as if you are the fucking champ
And the examiners immediately reflect it off so getting this acknowledgement gave me a confidence boost -> Cycle of Success
So I had to talk about my accounting assignment which was making financial statements, cashflows & balances
Needless to say it is impossible for me to get a balanced balance sheet. Reason for this is that I have my inner machiavelli & upcoming Bernard uMadoff inside me the whole time making these stuff.
Seriously though I was working in a group and the unorganized frenchie was in there which was more a burden than a tool so I had to say ''well we kinda failed there because of X,Y,Z''
I also had to say something about what I would change in this company. Ofcourse I started with my Charlie sheen speech about Winning and banging 7 gram rocks.
I did made a crucial mistake during the exam. I simply forgot to study the assignment as a whole & what company I had to analyze ♦ that costed me 1 point of my mark so yes I can be mad on myself for that but at least I passed
What is also fun in these exams is that everyone of my class is ''last minute studying'' before the exam. I had to do this too because I forgot to study but mind you that it does not work at all scientifically. YOu are better off relaxing your mind with some weed , backgammon or push ups.
Everyone was nervous while i was just energetic happy. I just told myself ''Well you came so far and if you fail, you will get right back up and pass the next one, no biggie'' but also ''I'm here to get these ECTS points'' ♦
If I fail as a Poker Player now, I still can be your accountant ♦ Make sure you keep me happy ♦ TT knows what keeps me happy 
1 exam left, a bunch of videos in the queue and still have to do a lot of bureacracy to get out of this country.

I got a text from my old friends that I can join their roadtrip coming summer because 1 guy backed out which is great news. At the same time there is a lot of messy stuff around the period we travel namely: my birthday & I got to hear if I am admitted to an University in Ireland.
Anyways we are going to visit the following locations:
I still have to confirm I will join them but this is an amazing experience I think. Especially Wöthersee if I remember the stories Good'ol Uncle TwiceT told me around the bonfire
That location is close to some guy's vacation mansion so I will vouch to join this awesome lake as well. Furthermore I am also vouching to visit Firenze if we are visiting Venice & Milano anyway.
And also Budapest is a cool option right?

PS Best thing of this roadtrip is: I always have shotgun because 1) I am getting travelsick or whatever you are calling it & 2) I dont have zeh driver's license yet I gambled that money on a red number on the roulette table ♠_confused:
