Traditionally, I never went to the local marketplace where all kinds of merchants are selling stuff. We got the candymerchant, a merchant who sells Fish, fruits, cheese, potatoes etc.etc.
The good thing is that I woke up around 11:00 to be cycling right to the marketplace to have my breakfast. Worth around 5eu (7$~) I ate a big COD (Fish & Chips like but without the chips!) worth 2.75eu and it tasted delicious 
Furthermore I ordered some metres away, 2 big Loempia's (Egg roll ??? in English), you get free chili sauce but well worth the price since they are huuuuuuuge ♦
So with a loaded stomache, my mood had an upswing so I was a Happy Panda-bear wandering around the local Supermarket to buy some groceries.
Back to my house, I started up some hand postings but those were severe limited since I only played like 500hands ? So my goal of today is to increase the volume just to keep the Theory & Practice balanced since I think my Theory part is dominating the Practice part a bit...
The problem with those ambitions to play more is that I tend to quit after some time due lack of Focus (makes me spewy..) or because I am bored. Both reasons are -EV to your bankroll so I quit right away and did something else.
I did not learned from a video but I guess I learned enough till now to put it all in practice, I do not want to get overloaded with Info..
Surprisingly all 3 sessions I played were around 60 minutes as in playing time and I think I will increase it steadily to 90 minutes sessions to compensate some time for Table Scanning. Table Scanning on Stars is horrible since I have to scan 300tables which takes a huge amoutn of time. Mostly I just abort the scanning at some point and join the loose tables and restart scanning again.
I also tend to play more tables now.. I used to play 6-8 tables with a strict authority on it but now I expanded it to 8-10tables fillling my whole 2 screens (24'', 19''). Problem then is that I cannot see 2 tables if I want to scan with Spade. yugh
I do not want to reduce the table size since that will take away my focus too much but at some point I have to or I have to buy a bigger screen in order to exchange that for the 19''

I didn't checked my cashier until the end of day and I didn't checked the session results until the very last session, this is part of my strict rules in order to avoid Results orientated thinking - Just play my A-game 
What I was extremely happy about were the 3bet spots where I 3betted people who I had decent stats on. 3bets includes Squeezes and Squeezes were generally directly profitable as the PFA folds and the coldcaller immediately afterhim lol 
One 3bet spot went wrong but it went wrong because he donked into me postflop and I was like wtf??!

It caught me thinking a bit what I want to do because actually I do not know what my ultimate goal was. My ultimate goal for SSS was either beating 200 or 400NL or maybe even 1kNL
So that being said, I think I will put the pros and cons into perspective and make a decision from there
I think playing FR till 100Nl or 200NL and then switching is alright but switching now to 25NL or 50NL SH is also ok
I'm still new to the BSS thing so my ''fear'' is my biggest concern now.

Try some NL25 SH!!!!
Being able to play both will definitely widen your strategic horizon and also help your FR game
