Interesting graph! I can't keep the SDs up and you can't keep the nonSDs up

Hand 1: You can get value from worse Ax and FD's just wonder how many of them are there? I might go for the passive line and c/c once. Because 66-99 might bet (and a lot of ppl do that!) and on a highcard are going to check behind. The FD's and worse Tx will probably bet as well tbh. So I think most value will be w/ c/c but that might be very fishy. The problem is if he turns it into a bluff otr I don't have a plan for that yet ♦

Hand 2: Bet turn $2 - $2,2 imo. the river is crappy and tbh you might be good with a fold. This is any x:s x:s gets there. 6x beats you 9x beats you. So a lot of hands beat you and which worse hands are going to donk out otr?

Hand 3: I'd raise to $3,8 at most tbh. And then shove the turn.

Hey All, So I am leaveing for Mt Isa on the 16th of March so in this time in 2 weeks I wont be here. I started playing on BWIN this week, I wanted to just Put money on and take it off but BWIN support is pretty terible, they sent me a msg saying that there will be a delay in customer service (probs because there inandated in questions about loby rigging).

There was no Rugby League training last week because it wont stop raining here. So I just went hard in the Gym, cutting is a pretty time consumeing practice I lost like 4kgs last week tho so very happy.

How do you improve Cold Calling, see atm I dont Cold Call any hands appart from PPs, I just 3Bet everything else I want to play, but the hand judges are challenging me to improve this part of my game?

I have been listing to a lot of Rock music lately giving my Dub Step a bit of a rest. I didnt even realise that Green Day have had a new album since 21st Centery Breakdown.

the cold calling bit is where I struggle as well. I do cold call IP but never OOP. I generally think it's bad but I also see the judges talking about cold calling from the blinds.

I should really take a look at that as well.

Yesterday was a bit of a meh day, I spent a lot of time at the Gym, well I was sort of sweating my buddy play some poker, trying to keep him motivated and dicsplined. I aslo didnt know if Rugby League training was going to be on because the weather is still pretty meh, so I had to wait around to find that out.
