I have had some bad run actually also. But i work a lot with my game every day ( so it shouldnt matter soon the run). The last week i even learned more to play than even played. This week i think i try to play more ;). Money doesnt matter so much, but i still need roll for moving up ♦. Main thing is just overthinking other playes ♠_cool:.

y, so Kevvu is making nice progress, gaining a lot of needed exp. That's why we agreed on him mixing in NL200 again for the next week. His main will remain 100, but starting 2 tabs of 200 whenever he rly feels good. Ofc tableselecting.
I think he is much more ready for this now than in the beginning of the month and looking forw how this evolves.

Lately i have been taking shots on nl200 every day. I think i have there some scared money problems so i started reading two menthal books. One is in estonian language ( Joseph Murphy book) and another is poker mindset. I am going to sleep with these books lately (not with south park any more ♦). I am not sure is next graph update coming today or end of the month. U will see...
y, the scared money is ur issue, i ve noticed.. it's not exactly abt meditating abt how poker money is chips or so... that's just obv, but the primary thing he is JUST confidence. When u re confident u re not scared anymore, since scared is the opposite of confident :). The more u analyse the less u ll be scared money coz u understan what and why are u doing at every moment. What u feel now is insecurity coz u dont know if u re good enough- and that's ok. So be it. Maybe u re not good enough. NOW. But u will be soon, its just a way.
The result now doesnt matter, it's abt that confidence in the first place alone. U choose to be confident and work on ur game, rather than stay passive, hope to hit and stack sb. - That's just shortrun bs. - never think like this.
As we have defined before, ur onyl goals now are: 1, analyse and improve every day 2, volume => confidence! => playing higher lims => longrun all the money u can get.
Dont be afraid to make marginal plays and be ready to lose, if u got a feeling it was right, it prolly was vs his WHOLE range (memory works in the way we alw remember negative exp much longer and stronger than positive- dont get fooled by ur subconsiousness), and if it wasnt, u ll make an adjustment after analysing (for now mostly prolly w me, later alone) and own the plrs later.
I ll say this: if u look at graphs of all the best plrs in the world except for prolly Phil Galfond who is just a pure luckbox 
u ll see some big swings of losing etc and then suddently much more winnings- ofc some part is luck, but a lot of it are trying of new things and learning from mistakes and readjusting.
So i say, learn to lose and be ready to lose and be happy to lose when u know what u ve done. All in all, just stay confident no matter what, coz this and now doesnt matter at all.. it just matters what u re going to do from that and how quickly grow.

First month is over and it didnt went so good like i hoped. I played 110h+ learnd half of the time probably. The graph is coming still in monday and more talk probably also. Most of the time i play nl200 and i hope i get more confident soon ;).
Okey, its over with nl200 for a while. I have been running like shit. Losing a lot... And in one moment it said i dont have sufficent amount of money for buying into the 5 th table (in one poker site). I had 3k equally on both sites. So my bankroll has fallen trastically. Atm i just can continue with nl100. Maybe i even take some days free now cause it sucks bigtime.

yes, 2-3 days break with friends will cure u a lot 
Today morning i woked up and read Poker Mindset and analysed my game 3h, after that i got rly confident. I think i play a little and then maybe dont take free day. What u think noemotion?

It's up to u for sure. Break is needed if u lose ur confidence. If u play and feel like a god, wHY SHouLD u sTOp?

I donk even know any more what means playing like a god ♠_biggrin:. But i feel iam not donking money away also. This month i need to play 50k hands, cause last month i just did 40k. So i need to play a lot ;).
Whenever I've decided to take a break of more than three days, I usually find I end up playing a fun 20min session each of the next two days, then get the bug again and grind away.
Whatever it takes to re-energize you IMO.

I know simple solution. Go to NL10 and im sure u will feel again these exciting moments
