I had been bullying him a bit and he was really trying to play back a lot at me so. His flopraise can mean anything from 55/88/TT/T8 to J9/67/97 maybe even QJ with a bdfd (and lots of bdsd) or seom random overcard or 54/56 type of hand. Im not gonna fold my top pair yet. Turn is decent, doesnt complete any of his draws but he could get there with a randomly raised Ax. He almost never has the ace here because he has to think how to maximize value, fe with a smaller ace he wont shove here cause he wants to get called by worse and with such betsizing that pretty difficult. So the question really is, does he have a set here often enough. Ofc I already have a T, so only one TT combo left and 6 55/88. But due to his betsize on turn and his shove any river perception I dont think he has them more than 10% of the time. It also took me less than 5sec to call, didnt wanna slowroll him

55 shouldn't be in his range fr. but it may be... you gotta discount it heavily anyway as getting set over setted is not fun. 88 can be in his range for sure. but taht's only 4 comboes total of tt and 88, so yeah. nice analysis, nice call

Today didn't play too much:
- Read lots of trading info (interested in starting this besides poker)
- Lost at snooker
- Won with squash

But I have played some PLO HU 2 hours ago because I really liked this game and I didnt see too many solid players yet. When I sat down, I immediately got action and he was probably the biggest fish I ever played against :P. Not something to be proud of but its always nice to get some free monies.

I think u have to call (u should sng wiz it though). BTN should be shoving super light and u r way ahead of his range. Imo its just bad luck that u ran into the top of his range. Even if u lose u still have 8bb so u still have a shot.
