Yeah, its nice that those are there. I see people watch the past broadcasts and not everyone can make it 1pm every day (some work around those times etc).
Only issue with past broadcasts is that they are left there for 14 days and automatically taken out. So try to watch and work on older content 1st basically is my advice as it may disappear soon

Topic for today is 4b pots. Continuing with this theme for next several study session. Will cover each position for 4b exact ranges and %, as well as investigate what population does post flop with what hands in their range. With all this info, PIO solver then gives as best strategies to play vs field post flop.

Micro limits focus on solid pre flop game plan and value betting correctly post flop. Goal should be to move away from micros soon because the lower You play the higher the rake You pay.
GG poker RUSH poker has 3bb cap on any limit for cash games, so it makes most sense to play there. Another path that You can take is table select and play regular cash game tables but the lower You play rake is higher. For example nl25 You pay 20bb (5$ cap) while NL50 is 10bb (5$ cap) etc.
Advantage of table selecting is obvious, You can play more recreational players and get higher win rate. Advantage of RUSH poker is lower rake, rake races but more regulars and more solid play.
DB analysis with PIO solver learning post flop how to counter tendencies of whole population is the best way to go.
