Making a living with STT SNGs

Starting day very late today. Health wise not feeling great (very low energy levels + my shoulder is dislocated and hurts a lot today) so will need extra time to recover today.

Later I will announce study session and grind on Twitch.

Yesterday turned into a full day off. I had and still have right shoulder pain. I cracked it in my workout 2 days ago and it has been hurting me most yesterday - today feels a bit better but still itching knife throbbing pain.
I used yesterday to relax and basically slept through most of the day. I slept at least on 5-6 occasions. Probably added in sleeping at least 12 hours or more.

I am feeling better then yesterday so will continue with poker of course
Study session starting in around 1.5h. Theme for today's session will be to look over marked hands and analyze them with PIO solver.

I will now do some fitness at home with this fitness bike and do some house chores.

Quick update

Study session starting in 10-20 minutes.
I will cover yesterday's spot A43 mono flop with different run outs CO vs BB SRP. Also I will look at same positions and flop but do 3b pot. Idea is to compare different bluff hands in SRP vs 3b pots and raising ranges due to pot to stack ratio differences.

Good afternoon all!

Starting a little bit later today (in 30ish) as I just woke up. Went to bed after 2am and then got up at 7am and went to bed around 9am again. Don't recommend it!
In the morning I played 40 mins in order to keep the price on Rush race, but in the process of playing I dropped 60$. Not recommended ever to play not warmed up, so I will have to figure out different rhythm for sleeping if I am to play those 7-9am hours for race in future days/weeks/months.

Today's topic in study session will be to look mono A43 just in 3 bet pot. Yesterday finished with SRP analysis in full of CO vs BB for that spot, including x/r 3b 4b ranges on flop with db analysis.
If there is time I will start some low boards with 1 mid 2 wheel cards to show strategy and compare it to DB. Definitely moving to this part of boards from tomorrow.

Today I woke up rested and started building this morning grind habit back. Unlike yesterday, today I warmed up by going over population exploit notes to be fully aware what to exploit at tables. Actual close to 2h grind didn't go as planned. Maybe in those happy hour times there is way more regs on Rush poker and win rate goes down? Maybe I have lol sample there? Time will definitely show as I plan to grind those happy hour times + 4 more hours later in the day (after study session).
For whole June basically want to see what NL25 rush will show with 6h per day 4 tabling it. Race will bring on average 18$ (3$ per hour RB) and but win-rate wise I expect to win at least 5+$ also without rb per hour (EV 4-5bb after rake). 1h of grind is 750-800 hands 4 tabling so 180h of playing should bring more then sufficient sample (135k+ hands!!!) for further DB analysis.

For today, starting 12 UK or in 45 minutes, in study session topic will be "What is BTN and SB responses to float and probe betting?".
I will go over DB for nl25 and see average fold and raise stats, and then can even look at some different boards like Axx Kxx etc.
This was request from one of the followers and subscribers so I am happy to cover this and help with DB analysis.

Quick update
Got home emergency situation. Shower blast and water running in bathroom.
Have to stay alert wait for worker with my brother. He will go to grab parts necessary and I will assist worker to fix this leaking water from shower.

I will update when that is done and then start study session.

Workers arrived after 1h , now I am here with them (they are banging wall where shower is) while my brother went for parts. They told me this will be done as soon as my brother arrives with those parts.
Hopefully in next 45-60 minutes I can get back to regular activities.

All set now.

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to update You for tomorrow.
I will be away most of the day with family things. I am unsure how long it will take and when I will be back. If I finish at some decent time (basically before 3pm) I will do study session before grind session. If not, no study session tomorrow.

Another update is tonight I started playing apps!
I am on Poker Bros and Upoker now. You guys can follow my progress on them on Twitch. Tonight was 1st session on twitch on them and went very well.

About 80% of moving done today, tomorrow will finish some as well.
I will take a shower and setup a stream. Perhaps in about 30-45 minutes will do live grind on Apps couple of hours after which I have to go for some family things.

Just came back from family reunion. Tomorrow(today) 11am have scheduled more things moving. If I finish all on time study session will happen. If not I will do grind session after finishing all moving for the day.
