There must be some sick spite wars on the micro STTs with all this hate between regs. I never understand these stupid ego wars. If you think another reg is bad, just exploit him?

Every reg has leaks. My advice to everyone is to just focus on your own game.

Well, I remember those first two hands being mine. Third one looks like something that I'd do but I don't remember it, so probably not.

I'd just like to comment on the first one since the second one seems good:

If you take into account future hands, which would see me folding everything vs a guy who shoves every hand, or see me shoving first in into the crazy big stack who would call out of spite; then I feel like this is a rather easy call which not only gives me a rather good chance to double up against his 100% range, but it will hopefully make him adjust next time and shove tighter.

If I folded and kept folding until the small stack went out (and that is a big maybe) I'd be left out with 1k to 8k chips and be most certainly second. Then I have to consider that if the small stack (another reg) shoved into me, over the big stack, ivica wouldn't have called him loosely like he would have called me, because he holds a grudge or something.
This way I gave myself a rather good chance to win it whole (which I did) and hopefully made the guy shove tighter.

Also, I'd like to add that his behavior is immature, by saying that I pissed over his blog. First he says that he is the worst enemy with the regs on the tables only, but not off the tables; but then again he holds a grudge against me for saying something at the table in the heat of battle.

I think you said, while commenting those hands, that you're happy I made those calls and that you'll continue dominating me if I keep doing it? Who are you kidding exactly?
I don't approve of any bashing off the tables, and I think I conveyed my thought in a civilized manner. It's not my fault you keep twisting my words and refuse to listen.

Anyways, the last time I checked, you had around -12% ROI when playing me (in about 300 games) so I'll keep following you around because, you know, it's +EV for me.
Don't you think me verbally abusing tilters is douchey of me: it's a good tactic to provide even more +EV, and I feel I'm tilting you rather hard seeing how you play. Don't worry, it will get much much worse.

Have a nice day.

Unlike VladimrN i'm not on downswing nor running below EV and you didn't suck out on me so don't hold any personal grudge against you.

Also i have watched Ivica Iliev against Newcastle and i have to admit that you chose your nick very good, because he was as bad football player, as you are poker player.
Good luck and have fun!

if you assume SB induces AQ/99+ and open shoves everything else AJs is +$EV . and AJo is small loser. It's probably still a fold, but its not the worst call i've ever seen.

but the other 2 aren't close and quite standard imo.

This is why you are the coach and I have tons more to learn!!!

I don't think there are wars. VladimirN started it by posting here bashing then this dude now, who or what is next ?
I never understood negative people. If you don't like me go fuck off or be negative with your negative friends who share same views and attitude with you.
Btw, I don't think they are working on their game enough to exploit other regs - its easier to whine cry and blame it on luck factor.

Again true, it becomes more +EV call that way , totally overlooked that fact when I was doing calculations !

In the middle of 2nd session my hud went totally off, coudln't bring it back and it started to tilt me tons, started spewing at the tables. In the end restarted hem 4 times, managed to get it back but the game was not the same. Decided to end the day shorter of 150, 122 games but its ok considering tilt factor I am on cause of hud and now I see haters again on blog ridiculous shit - heading to bed got some early sessions tomorrow !

150 games today, very productive day overall.
Worked on my game in the morning, coached 2 sessions then went to hang with my best friend, came back home and did warm up followed by 3 sessions.
Tonight HEM was working fine but I feel it is not programs fault but rather my computer. I need to back up all my data and format hard drive. It has been a while since I've done that so in near future that's on the list.
About to do cooldown, check marked hands from the session and specific area I am working on this week.

Ghaleon checked your day just now, congrats man - excellent volume and results are following no doubt :) I would like to hear your opinion on having positive ROI on 30s turbos and/or 60s (if its possible or not) and of course volume issues (is it possible to chase SNE with those limits) ? I am guessing answer is no but I would like to hear it from you anyways :)

P.S. Today I did not tilt or spew as much as I tend to do so very happy in that area. I did however start doing new things for my mental game and tilting issues, it takes time but I am getting to point where I want to be!

not possible to hit SNE playing those stakes on turbos. But, ofc it is possible to have +ROI. I would think 9m 10%, and 6m 5-8% as a rough guess.

Of course it's possible to have positive ROI in any limit. If some games are so tough that it would not be possible then it would be very questionable if playing them is good idea in first place :)

Well my ROI this year has been 8.3% in 9max, 2% in 6max and 11.7% in 18man. Smallest sample in 18man, around 1.1k game. Those "what are possible ROI" talks are bit irrelevant imo. It start to make sense if we also take account how many tables one is playing. Playing like <10 tables my ROI would surely be bigger in all formats (in long run anyway), but that would not necessarily mean better $/h accounting rakeback. More likely worse.

Aiming for SNE with only 30/60$ games would be really ambitious. E.g. this month so far I have played 1312 games with avg. bin. 37.41$ and earned 19570 VPP. So with this it would require 1000000/12/19570*1312 = 5587 games in month on average. While I would not say its impossible it would still require bit more than 200 games per day with very few vacation days. Not a big problem for couple of months (with some grinding motivation), but when stretched to year long project it starts to feel pretty huge. Personally I am playing currently mostly 30-100$ games. Plus at start of session some 15$ 18man.

So I am planning to go for SNE next year with turbo games. Might require adding 200$ games (mostly 6max running this high). Possible volume is not concern as I am mixing 6, 9 and 18man games. Playing like 20 tables is starting to feel ok for me. Have been improving my multitabling skills. Have been trying around 25 tables at peek points so far, but have to say it starts to be quite hectic

Of course this tend to force my game to more robotic style and harder to notice all good spots + some misclicks. Which combined to relatively tough fields in 30$+ games might make my ROI quite small in long run. Which in other hand is good ground for some huge swings that might create some extra mental pressure. That is one of possible obstacles in SNE hunt. I imagine it's actually one of the biggest reasons why SNE hunts tend to fail.

Btw I remember that 15$ game you mentioned earlier (JJ crushed by your AT). It was during one of the Finnish community sng advanced coachings. Make sense to play bit lower bin games as most of coaching attendees are playing smaller stake games as well.

As I did try last year to make 100k VPPs in one month, I ll add sometin.
U need to mix few formats at 30s+ to get SNE, if u wanna avoid hypers. As ghaleon perfectly pointed, it s very time consumin if u dont add 5 tables or add fifty50 or w/e.
When I tried it, I had sweet ABI of around 60, but the ROI from games in long run was maybe like 1-3% and the swings totally smacked my will.
I tried to play 60-100s 9m/18m this year only again one month, but volume sux. I played like 1k games in 5 weeks but thx to low tablin my ROI was ver nice.
Where I do have some sample, it s 30s 9mans and there I have like 7% ROI in almost 5k games, mostly playin 14+ tables, so even these 10% are possible with selection and lower amount of tables.
60s is doubtful coz there s notin to tableselect from

I figured it was impossible to chase with those limits I was really wondering about ROI. Guy who plays most 30-100s turbos these days Koovoon has 2% ROI on 30s on sample of 30k games!!! So 5-8% seems a bit unrealistic to me after I saw his results last night :)

Excellent points Ghaleon!
So your ROI on 30s+ 6 max is 2% roughly which is the same as Koovoon's. Good to know because that changes a lot my idea of going for 30s on my own. If best regs have 2% roi what can I expect there??? I like moving up limits improving so that is always great thing to do, however if this will cause massive swings and drop hourly plus the fact that traffic on these limits is lower , then 15s seem like the best place to make money , for 6 max turbos at least.

I like your plan a lot and admire your knowledge and adjusting + ability to play such variety of formats and buy ins and manage to rake high get those 100k VPPs a month. I will perhaps in future learn new formats as well but for now need to finish with my goal for this year and will set new goals after that.

I figured it was some sort of coaching since I don't see you at all in 15s anymore. That particular tourney the guy to me right was very aggressive and opening wider than nash CO BTN so in crucial moment of the guy I slowed him down with 3 bet and gained chip advantage. After that I used stack setup and knowing that you know ICM and ranges very well to exploit you and unknown to your right. Fun game overall :)

By the way from new years my initial plan is to stay on 15s , 12 table and play 150-180 hours a month going for 3-4k $ after RB with 3% ROI. Not planing to drop the tables but rather increase to 13-15 and increase my hourly that way on 15s.

Thank you for sharing your experience my friend. You are another great example of mixing limits and formats. Again like with Ghaleon, I wish I had that ability like right now but it will take me time to do it that is for sure.
The main problem is mental game at 30s+ where you expect lower ROI, larger swings and the next thing you know your daily swings are 1000$ + (30+ buy ins). That can very much mess up with mindset so a lot of mental training and endurance (calmness as well) is essential in those spots.
I used to have this problem a while back being opssesed how much I am + or - this month. Now I just don't care, treat the money as tool to play the game and all that matters is working on the game constantly and grinding. In a way I have detached myself from money totally in past 2-3 months (if not more). Who knows, on larger buy ins this mental problem can get back - we will have to wait in the future and see ;)

By the way, are you going for SNE next year also or are you continuing with your hourly plan from this year?

Just for your information, while I was grinding yesterday opened up note pad and started writing all the regulars I encountered during 150 games on 15s. There was total of 25 players!!! I am not talking about winning or loosing players just regulars guys that I keep clashing with on daily basis with who I have 1k+ hands (minimum).

SNE is not an option for me. I simply dont have the time and that s the first thing without which there s no point to think about it
Right now I have this 4months goal and thn will see again if am burned out or w/e :)
