Stay away from 22-66 in UTG, MP too if the people IP on you don't like to fold. And your range's should not be static, most importantly the BTN/CO. Meaning you should change them depending on the blinds and the BTN. For example, if you have two nits/bad regs in the blinds who both fold their BB to a steal >75% I would advocate opening almost any two on the BTN. But if there were a good reg and a calling station in the blinds I would stick to the 35%ish default BTN range.

If you choose to take out 22-66 utg I would suggest 77+, AJs+, AJo+, KQs sometimes, ATs sometimes.

Nasty spot, villian is 21/16/11.5 and he was 3betting me light the whole time, How do I defend better? Bigger 4bet (like 2.4$) and firing mulitilpe barrels?

Unfortunately it's a while ago since my last update in this blog was written

I quitted playing on 888 poker becuase of the bad traffic there and tilt caused by a couple of bad beats

My roll dropped from 700$ to 450$, so I took a 2 week break to recover my mindset and in the free time I studied hard for my school exams.

I played 10NLSH for a wile on 888 poker and there is lots of fish, I think your shots failed because of variance

If you beat 6NL on 888 then 10NL is doable I think, just stick to BRM and you're beating 10NL in no time

QQ: don't bluff induce there, especially on that board. Just ship it. Most micro fish/regs are bad enough that they'll call you there with any Ax and/or maybe some draws.

I've wrote it many times to many people asking it.

In my opinion the profit per hand (bb/hand) is much higher in regular nl10 tables because the edge there is higher.
- You can select your own tables
- In regular nl10 fishes who usually play hands like 47s, J8o etc folds these in zoom because of the fast fold. Thats a major -EV on profits. Not to mention some rounds in zoom there is no fish.

Lower edge = higher variance. Met andere woorden: hoe hoger je winrate, hoe lager de variance want je kan dat een groot deels te dekken met je winrate als je slecht runt. Daarom hebben meeste pro's weinig last van variance, just crushen it gewoon.

Om een hoge winrate te realiseren heb je wel zoveel mogelijk voordelen nodig, en die zijn allemaal in regular nl10 met goede table selection te vinden.
