One of the things I'm struggeling with is 4bet sizing:

Let me explain:

"The told me that my 4bets are to big, so I'm looking fot the ideal sizing (IP and OOP), I also have some bluff 4betts in my range (with A and K blockers vs high 3bet% from that specific position 7%+ at 10NL) and want to keep the sizing low because of the costs of it when it fails

In the first case I'd make it just $1.90, there's no need to make it larger especially because you're IP. When you're OOP I'd make it slightly larger, maybe $2.10 or something.

That's just what I do anyway, most people prefer to go with a more standard sizing of ~22bb when they 4bet. However I definitely agree that your current sizings are too large

flat call because villian opens a tight range UTG and I don't want to isolate myself against better, folding is to weak, so call is the best option.

Nice flop, villian c-bets 65%, so it contains bluffs and value hands, c/c call to get value te krijgen of AT+ and keep the bluffs in his range.

C-bet turn is villian is only 40%, so villian only betts the value part off his range, this means AT+, 55 and 77 (33 is folded UTG by many regs) I call to get value from AT, AJ en AQ.

Easy call, would bet 55 en 77 a bit larger for value so I narrow his range here to exactly AJ/AK I don't raise because I dont want to isolate against better (AA/77/55) (top of villians range)

I'm gonna transit to PLO I think, I played about 10K hands at PLO10 ZOOM and I like it a lot

I like the PLO action game where is a lot of fish and even the regulars make huge mistakes when I put pressure on them. Also know an 1-1 PLO live game I want to join at a weekly basis.

This time I gonna do all I can to make this a success, including 35% time to learn and 65% of my time to play.

Yesterday I had my first coaching and I'm happy with it, was a real eye-opener.

Coach bases all his decisions very much on the mathematical background (Equity / SPR / call 3/4bets etc) and I found out that I really like it, and see that I can make a real difference if I get it all mastered.

This theoretical background has given me immediately new insights on open-ranges, c-bet sizings, c/r, potcontroll etc.

I'm going to buy a package of 6 hours (about $ 21/h) and spend the coming weeks to work hard on my PLO game.

That should be enough to get the basics covered and beat PLO10 and PLO25 (value orientated style)
